"We understand how civil and criminal litigation works and how to help you be most effective."	Biographies Tony Coleman Managing Partner Mr. Coleman is a southwest Missouri native. He graduated from Carthage High School in 1982, holds Associate and Bachelor Degree’s in Criminal Justice Administration from Missouri Southern State University, and a Master’s Degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University in St. Louis. He has 20 years of law enforcement experience including several years as a commander of the Patrol and Investigations Divisions with a southwest Missouri Sheriff’s Office. He remains certified in the State of Missouri as a law enforcement officer and remains active in the profession serving as a reserve officer for his community. Among his accomplishments, Mother’s Against Drunk Drivers honored Tony as Missouri Community Service Officer of the Year in 1999. In 2001, he received a “People Saving People” award from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for a program he developed called “Traffic Jam”. Collaborating with the insurance industry, this program addressed the costly and poor driving habits of teenagers. Mr. Coleman is very active in the community, serving on several committees’ and civic organizations, including a second term on his local School Board of Education. In addition he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Missouri School Board Association in a continuing effort to address the educational needs of Missouri children. In 2003 Tony joined a national private investigation firm conducting insurance fraud investigations throughout the United States. After a short time he was promoted to serve as a Sr. Operations Manager for the company and served in this capacity until the decision to start Superior Investigative Solutions. Paul Skinner Managing Partner Mr. Skinner is a Kansas City native, moving to Christian County in 1999. He graduated from Mt. Zion Academy in 1986, and then attended Century College in San Diego California receiving certifications in Private Investigations & Security. Paul then re-located to Columbia Missouri where he spent a period of time specializing in locating missing persons and domestic surveillance. In 1996 Paul started and managed his own construction/remodeling business while continuing to work in a contract capacity as a private investigator. After several years of success in the construction business, Paul elected to return to his passion full time in the field of private investigations. In 2003 Paul joined a national private investigation firm and worked as a Field Investigator conducting insurance fraud investigations throughout the United States. He was promoted into the corporate offices of the company as an Operations Manager where he supervised Field Investigators and managed cases throughout the Midwest Region of the country. He served in this capacity until the decision to start Superior Investigative Solutions. Paul is active in his community and served as a Regional Director of American Kids, an organization that places an emphasis on developing young entertainers through music. In addition he is involved in a number of youth programs including soccer coaching and as president of Ozark High School’s soccer booster organization. Give us a call.
